I can't install because the old version can't be deleted.
I deleted every file I could find for the old version but I still get an error when trying to intstall the latest version.
It says cannot delete older version. Why not? Someone please help me with this.

Re-install the old version and uninstall it properly, or look in the registry if any traces of it are still there.
