 Never update a downloading client I should have learned my lesson by now. NEVER UPDATE A DOWNLOADING CLIENT IF YOUR CURRENT VERSION WORKS I just made the mistake with Limewire 2.9.7 Now not one god damned thing is downloading and I have no idea why. All the FAQ's never talk about how the new versions screw up everything, they always talk about how "great" the new versions are and how they'll "speed everything up and make it better." What a bunch of crap Now I own a useless piece of software and I have to start either looking for version 2.9.6 if I can actually get it working again or looking for some crap-*** ad run program that actually has stuff that downloads.  |
