I am having trouble installing LW basic/free 3.6.14 on WIN2000 Prof.

I start to download and the installer shows the following in the window:

Downloading ISScript.Msi

Then, I get an error that says:

Error downloading http://www.installengine.com/cert02/...e/isscript.msi

Retry -- Cancel

If I retry, I get the same error again.

Note: I already tried, per the LW FAQs, to set myself (admin) with access privileges in the DCOM settings. Still not working.

Anyone have any ideas??? I have heard great things about LW but cannot get started!!!
