limewire has always worked fine for me, but then the other day it just stopped working. when I click the shortcut nothing happens at all.

I havent done anything to affect limewire that i know of. I use my computer the same way all the time.

I read teh FAQs and it said to make sure I had an internet connection and i do so that is not the problem.

I have uninstalled it, downloaded it and reinstalled it like 3 times but still nothing happens.

does anyone know how to help me please?!

I really like limewire and dont want tot go back to bearshare. please help .

Maybe your shortcut is corrupt. Try starting Limewire from your start menu. Start, Programs, Limewire and see if it runs.

i even tried going to My Computer & trying to start it from there but it still wont start
