HELP!!! Limewire freeze during WinPro2000 install!!!!

I can't seem to install LW on 2000 Pro without it freezing during the first few seconds...and I mean I can't even CtrlAltDel my way out. What's up with this?

Note: I'm running a dual system 2000/98 with an Athlon processor, and LW runs fine on the 98 platform.
