do you have the latest version of java? If not get it the cause of your problem might be that one thing.
did you try downloading it again from limewire.com? there might had been an error in the downloading or you might had downloaded a fake version hope this works!

maybe you need to reinstall windows if it does this with every program. After a while windows fills your drive with temporary files and might start to disintegrate.
