xp installation problem
error message : 1628 : Falied to complete installation--how can I fix this issue..windows xp pro....

1620 Error
Are you installing from an Official MS XP Pro OS DisK? If not you will have errors like that. If you got XP Pro as a file from a P2P the likelihood of it working is very slim. If you have access to another system or library go to MS Support site and look in the troubleshooting section to find out the specifics of the error. If you are building a custom system and have the approriate disk, I can help (It is what I do). You need to provide more info. You can PM me for a faster response. Best Of Luck.
