Is there any way i can select the folder i want to upload my files into? I have 3 folders selected as my shared folders.

Tools>Options>Sharing, select a folder you want to save it in.

Follow the images below. When you choose the Add button, a new window will appear (2nd image.) You can share as many folders as you like!!!
