Tried to load Limewire from My-free-Music. said I needed Java. When it went to load it, it said wait and did nothing. I ended up loading Java directly. I have the icon for Lime wire on my screen, but when I click it , I get 1. This installation cannot be runby directly launching the MSI package. You must run setup.exe
Have no idea what they are talking about. am pretty much a rookie. What do I do and please be very specific! Thanks to anyone that helps cuz this is really getting frustrating!

Primo: only dld Limewire through the official site. That is www.limewire.com. The rest are scammers and if you dlded it after getting some kind of membership (like, for 2 years), then you can be sure that you were scammed.

Secundo: Dld the latest Java from www.java.com .
Dld Limewire from the official site.
Install Java.
Install Limewire.

That's it: the installers provided by the official sites will work (most probably). If they don't, they probably got corrupt during the dld. Either redld them or post back here.
