My hard drive crashed and Limewire has not responded as to how to reinstall Pro. They have also charged me twice to downloand this and I am trying to get a refund. Still no word from Limewire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you 1st received your pro confirmation you would have been given a link to your own personal dwnld page. So I'm not sure why you didn't bookmark this. In any case you can do a search for it suing the email address you registered with: Click on this LInk

Before you re-install Pro, update your Java to: Java 1.4.2 (click on link)
