Default Error 1719! What is this?!

Please help guys cant uninstall or install

Says Error 1719. The windows installer could not be accessed.

Hi Cypher1169, Try updating your InstallShield instal engines: update your installshield install engine. & then see this Sticky thread (did you miss it????) ? http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=29039

Im blind! I was panicing! oh btw i got it to work THANKS!

Also for some reason my Limewire isnt connecting? I payed good money now why wont it connect so i can download?
