1. Try updating your Java: Java 1.4.2 (click on link)
2. If you're still having this problem after updating Java, try opening LW from the Start menu>Programs>LW If that works, then you may need to delete the shortcut on your desktop & re-create it from the LW program. Short-cuts can apparently be a little unreliable.
