Please I have thoroughly checked over so very many error resolutions,Some merely miss the requirements of this one.

Oh dear, all these people who ignore the Stickys at the top of the sections they post in. There's a link there for you to update your installshield engines. Which is possibly indirectly the cause of your error. Although this one is a runtime error After updating installshield, also make sure you have an update version of Java: Java 1.4.2 (click on link) Best done before installing LW. But do ensure you have a solid connection when you're installing LW.

I hate too sound knieve,But I have tried what you have said and frankly I do not get much of it It would be nicer too talk to you directly could you maybe add my msn, *** and we can negotiate furthermore.

Lukeage I'm happy to take pm's from members of the forum, but I prefer not to email. Did you update your installshield engines, this is what you should do 1st:

1. Update your installshield install engine. (Click on this link)

2. Update your Java: Java 1.4.2 (click on link)

3. Install Limewire (LW): Limewire download page & choose the english installer

* Whilst you are installing over the internet, try to refrain from using the internet for any other purpose such as browsing. Also don't use any other application so your computer is totally focussed & all resources paid to the dwnlding & installation process. If it still fails with the same error, try turning your firewalls off 'just temporarily' whilst you install the above items.

4. You should configure your firewalls to allow LW & Java access: Firewall configuration instructions
