JAVA WILL NOT LET ME DOWNLOAD THE NEW VERSION

Just be kind to them & may be they'll let you.
1. Just perhaps you need to update your installshield engines: update your installshield install engine. (click on link) 2. then update your Java: Java 1.5 (take the JRE) Make sure you're not using any other apps or browsing the net during this time. Your System needs 100% attention for these things. |

Over time, I now have several installations of Java 1.3.1, 1.3.1_02, 1.4.2_05, 1.4.2_06.
Can I safely remove these older versions? Or is Java cummulative. |
