I'll try to be brief...I purchased with credit card on Sept 17/04 the Pro version, being computer illiterate I used a defunct email address not realizing that the download alert would come via that email address. Also not thinking I downloaded the Free version and that's what I've been using. Now I'm trying to "get a hold" of Limewire (impossible) to ask how I can get the Pro version I paid for. The email address I enter does not compute so I can't get anywhere. Any suggestions, I can't find a phone number for them either?

Try [email protected] and/or [email protected] The link to your pro personal download page would have been sent to your old email address. You will need to give them your transaction details, etc.
