it is allot bigger file about 15 megs but it works although its only basic
I have been in contact with a limewire support person that doesn't seem to get it and really has pissed me off seems like he or she (can't tell by them name) can't understand good old english

I told the person 2 times that i was a registered user of pro and I keep getting told that basic is free and ezmp3s is scamming me to pay for basic and all kinds of other stuff

I hate software that has no phone support a few minute call can solve a problem that takes endless emails
How hard is it to understand that when your software gets to "unpack200.exe it stops installing"

We're looking into the problem with the installer freezing when it says "Finishing Installation". If you could please email me at [email protected] , I will let you know when we have an installer that may not experience the problem you're seeing.

yes. stops at `extract: unpack200.exe`,after ` finishing installation`window comes up

We've put out a new version that should hopefully fix this problem. Please download the latest version of LimeWire (it should be 4.4.1) and let us know what happens.

just tried to install lw for the 5th time, version 4.4.1, i 've got the same problem going on

Just a simple word: when did you last do a system check over with your system utilities & defragment your HDD, & clean up your registry. It's never a bad time to do it if it hasn't been done in a while or you're having problems.

defrag was this weekend, but i went ahead and checked my HDDs again, everythings fine there.

registry was cleaned yesterday
