 Greetings What version of windows are you running? Also have you closed all programs before attempting to install. If you are attempting to install from the internet, might I suggest you d/l the installer to your desktop, and install after you have closed all other applications that are running. I installed LW pro 4.8.0 last night without incident. I did have one minor incident, when attempting to run the 1st and 2nd time, But I believe that was related to my system, as LimeWire did start and connect okay. You can read my post in the LimeWire Beta Forum under LW 4.8.0, for how I resloved that problem. Just a thought.  |
