should my limewire directory structure off Program Files look like this?

No It should be a single structure. Don't know where you got the one's with (2) beside them.
Looks as though it may have been a previous installation that wasn't removed, and then you did an installation and it made new folders and sub folders. One of the other members may know a little more about this. |
