ok, the thing is. i download LW but after it finishes installation and im given the option of running limewire, i click finish and nothing happens. even when i try to open the program via the desktop icon, it still doesn't open. does anyone know what is wrong?

just out of curiosity ,what windows platform are you using? im using 98.

Hmmm try 1. deleting your LW prefs folder & 2. updating your Java but reboot after installing Java; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire
