Can't reinstall pro
I don't know what happened, last night I was running on pro but now its just basic. When I try to reinstall pro nothing happens. What can I do?

Close LW 1st. Then go to Start>Programs>LW>Uninstall & open & remove LW. Then redownld LW from your pro personal downld page & install ... save this installer to your computer before installing. (make sure there's no other LW installers on your desktop.)

Similar problem abt. re-installation
Hi. I'm new to the forum and not PC literate so please bear with me. I have a similar problem and need to re-download and install Pro, (I'm on the basic prog at the moment). I'm not sure what is meant by thePro personal download page but if I re-download Pro again won't I still have to give me credit card detail before I can download? Sorry for being so thick!
By the way, if your anti-adware scanner finds adware from LimeWire, for God's sake dont remove it. Thats what I did and lost the LimeWire program. Alan. |

No worries Alan--the Pro support page has a place you can enter your email address and lookup your current Pro download page to see if it is still active.
You won't be asked for a credit card number

You Guys are awesome, Lord of the Rings was a great help on the day I posted this request for help. I've been running on Pro ever since & now my husband is willing to keep me (he figures I'm the one who messed it up to begin with).
