I recently downloaded the newer version 4.8 of limewire, from 4.6.0, when i opened up limewire all of my files mostly songs are missing, and i can't find them anywhere on my P.C!
Please Help?

Did you use windows explorer to search your hard drive C: or whatever it might be

i have tried everything i know to look for it, ive looked in every search engine, every folder and i can't find them at all. any other ideas?

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire Leave the save location at default. Then I suspect your shared folder will be there. The only other option I can think of is you've signed in under a different name or not as the comp admin.
