Can't connect!
Howdy,
I have just purchased the download. It installed fine, but will not connect. I followed the instructions, ie; closed windows fire wall while down loading, I restarted firewall, I restarted computer, I told windows fire wall to unblock site...still nothing. I then went to support page and followed instr. re the ports in advanced settings for the firewall...still no conection...help! Thank you Frank
