Hey, I'm having the exact same problem. I have Pro and i click on it and the hourglass appears and then...nothing. The thing is, since i payed for Pro I don't want to uninstall everything and then download it again and have it be Basic as well as have my money go to waste! What should I do about this?

grr.ace did you try uninstalling & re-installing Java? That's probably the best way to go. If Java 1.5 doesn't fix your issue then try Java 1.4.2. For some reason one version of Java will run better on some people's systems than others. See the link I gave earlier in this thread for a link to Java.
By the way, if you're still within your 6 mths of purchasing LW Pro, then you can re-downld it. Next time save the installer to your computer (instead of installing over the net) & make a backup copy onto an external device such as external HDD or cd-r or cd-rw, etc. |

Yup...same problem here.
Limewire won't run.
Everytime I install Limewire it works fine. No problem during the installation. It successfully finishes the installation. And then when I try and run it I just get these 2 seconds of "cursor-and-hourglass" and then nothing. Running WinXP and SP2 (sadly) Could it have something to do with SP2? cheers Heinz [edit] Haha...more news
