When I try installing Limewire for the first time it always freezes when the little window pops up that says "installing Java". I have to ctrl alt delete then press end task, and then the whole installation stops. When I try installing Limewire a second time, an error message pops up at the same spot, right before it says "installing Java" which reads: Error opening file for writing C:\Docume~1\User~1\Locals~1\Temp\jrestub.exe. Any ideas anyone? I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

the answer is : the progran is downloading the file from the internet, in broad-band is pretty fast but in dial connection is very slow, is just it , try again and this time wait....... for the intallation to end......

I have the same problem. How long did you have to wait? I let it download overnight and it still did not finish the next day. Do I need to wait longer?

yea I have broadband thats almost at T1 speeds and it takes forever
