Angry Xml-apis!?!

Okay I have never had LimeWire before....I have tried Installing it multiple times into my Windows Xp computer and all those times it has been getting to Deleting:XML-APIS and then completely feezing...I have absolutly no clue how to fix this and I desperatly need HELP!!!!

1. Install Java 1st! But downld the Java installer to your comp (don't install over the net!) & then install it. Java 1.5 (take the JRE)

2. See Here about other version. And just unzip it & use it! Easy!

Okay well I need the exact link to what Java version and stuff I need to download because the link you gave me before isn't working and I don't want to go through this more than I have to....So could you please get the link? I know I need JRE but there are So many things you can get....Please clear this up for me..
YEAH I KNOW I'M NOT THE BRIGHTEST CRAYON IN THE BOX!

Okay maybe I didn't when I got offline and clicked on the installer for J2re 1.4.2 it gave me a message saying "Error reading Setup intilization." So I deleted everything that had to do with Java and LimeWire and I downloaded the LimeWire installer and tryed to install it and it said it installed Java then it went to "finishing installation" then right after that it froze when it said Delete File:C:\Program Files\LimeWire\xml-apis.pack....does this freezing problem still have to do with Java?....and If so what Java program do I need to Install? (I already tryed J2re-1.4.2 and Java 5.0)

If you're confused I don't blame you..... Just ask me what you need to know.....
