I'm writing on behalf of my sister who purchased L/W Pro yesterday. She received an email confirmation/receipt with an order number. In the body of the email was a link to go and download the software. She clicked it and it took her to the sign in screen where you have to enter your email address. She gets an error saying she is not a registered user. Anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
