Still can't get it to work

Ok so ive heard a few other people having this problem, where u can't open LW. When i try and reinstall LW basic i get LW 4.9.7 whatever that is, i thought it was 4.8.1 but it still don't open anyway. If somebody has had this problem and knows how to fix please help.

Without any details about your system i could suggest throw it out & get a mac instead! lol

But otherwise, see Fix for opening Limewire "Fatal Error Message" & try the various options!!!!!

I have Windows XP and i have tried those methods already, i just don't understand why it doesn't work because it worked fine before.

So know one knows what to do, could somebody give me a link to download LW 4.8.1 basic so i know im downloading the right thing
