Good luck with this...I HAD pro..lost it somehow..now Limewire isn't recognizing my email address to correct the problem. This is my only hope of connecting with someone for a fix with this..it SUCKS!!!!!!!!

yes, this does suck and im mad... I paid for my product and when I ask for tech service, i look forward to getting it... I don't play when it comes to money...
