Location: I live in Alaska for the summer and the Virgin Islands for the winter

Installing

I had LW 4.9 worked great, got uninstalled, Tried downloading LW it will fully install it's self but when I go to use it, Mess. pops up, won't allow me to access any of the files, I am downloading. What do I do, I don't want to pay
