| Firewall issues I downloaded LimeWire 4.9.23 from the official site and it was working fine. The next time I logged onto my computer (I have a PC with windows xp) I think I selected block limewire or something...and so now each time I try to get into LW, I get the message "LimeWire was unable to intitialise and start..." etc. I have changed my firewall settings according to the directions at http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml but am still getting the message. I also deleted LW and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work. I know there has been several postings on this topic and I have tried my best to follow the suggestions, but doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help??? Would be much apreciated!!! |
