Default Slow downloads in college
Im in college and the download speeds on limewire pro 4.8.1 suck... on downloads from websites i get DL speeds of upto 380 kbps......anyone with any suggestions on how i can get the speeds to increase? it might have to do with a firewall theyve set up, anyone know how to bypass it?

they are probably filtering or throttling p2p technology.
