Join the LW ripped off club I went thru all the same' but when I had Paid and finished and tried to Open LW Nothing! I could not get help anywhere someone from the real LW emailed me and gave me the OTHER complaint Email address! There I downloaded my debit bill and found I had been charged $80.00+instead of $34.00?? I was charged for extras as well as Pro but I had recieved Nothing no file Nought! I sent this other Mob 3 Emails and no reply! I rang a Phone Num in Nth America" on hold for 30 min and when I told her what happened she asked me my Email Address and then said I "cannot understand you" then hung up? I rang the number again and recieved a recorded message "Ring before you Dig" I came here to the forum and thanks to all of you guy's I found an Address to download LW and it works great but I am still out of pocket! hope this helps and I hope everybody else is VERY careful that you click onto LW and not the Bogus site like I did.
