my computer freezes when i click on the "next" button on the "firewall preparation" screen of the setup wizard for limewire basic. installation was ok after i downloaded java 5.0, i even set the firewall to accept the gnutella isp for tcp and udp. once the computer freezes, i can't do anything and have to re-start the whole computer which takes close to 4 or 5 minutes. here are my system stats:

-dell dimension 4700 computer
-Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 531 w/HT Technology (3GHz,800FSB)
-windows xp home edition
-128MB PCI Express™ x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon X300 SE HyperMemory
-160GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM)
-1 GB memory
i don't know if this is enough info for you, let me know if you need to know something else about my computer.

my windows firewall is disabled, i also have turned off my norton antivirus security because i don't know why the setup can't get past the "firewall preparation" screen and i thought maybe if norton was off it would work but still nothing.

i think there is one other person with this exact same problem. any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
