 Pro user cant download pro! This is supposed to be a pay service for life, yet when i go to download the new pro version, and it asks me for my email addy, it wont accept it. I KNOW what email addy i used too!!!! It says if i paid in the last 6 months, i can download new pro for free... what is this rubbish? What happened to pay once ever?! Can someone help me ? thanks a ton! ~sherry  |
