Getting limewire again??

Hey Peeps

My partner spilt drink on our lap top a few weeks ago and we have had to get a new one, having loaded all the usual stuff i am now with out this great programme limewire

i have got the basic package and have had it for about 4 months before the laptop broke, i have paid for 24 months i think? how can i get this back without paying for it again??

Help Please??
