Downloaded .dll file, installation wizard still won't open?

after downloading initial Limewire wizard, got notice that I was missing a .dll file (userenv.dll) I found file on the net, downloaded it and opened with Winzip, yet it still says I'm missing the file. Any hints?

dont worry dood, i had the same dll problem, the good news is that all u need is the larger back-up intall file, that will always fix that error
they weren't kidding when they said that fixes most problems, but they never addressed this problem.

the people in the link above don't know what they are talking about so dont bother with it, I think I set the record straight for them with my post though.

As I recall there were three contrubutors to that thread. You are, I take it, saying that all three of them were talking rubbish Grandpa and Ukbobboy are pretty good at getting things right for people ... the other guy well he's new, but clearly a genius, so all in all a pretty helpful link, don't you think.
