Everytime i log on, this little window called Limewire Launcher Error pops up, saying i need some new download from java.com. I have uninstalled limewire, and yet this window still pops up, and when i try to exit it just comes back up again. Can you please explain to me how I can remove this?

Ok uninstall LW. Then get the "Other" version as all you need to do is unzip it & use it. No installation necessary. To see what I mean see Here about other version.

Oh & make sure you have Java 1.4.2 or 1.5 installed "BEFORE" you open LW; see link for Java from here Fixes for Limewire point #1
