Anyhow i need someone to tell me how to TOTALLY dump limewire w/out this error below, i have it on my work comp, and if i get found out i will be fired! PLEASE HELP ME to dump it. I'd suggest updating your Java using the "Offline" installer: Java 1.5 (take the JRE)

If that doesn't fix it, get the "Offline" version of LW & reinstall: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

You can also delete LW's preferences folder called .limewire & found here: C:/Documents And Settings/your_username/.limewire
