Wrong e-mail addy

I bought pro some time ago and since then my computer crashed and I lost everything. I tried downloading again but the program denies my addy. I have only two. I am paying every month and wish to talk to someone in admin, who can track the problem down before I cancel my payments. Could someone help me??
