I have a problem and I don't know whom to turn to.

I wanted to download LimeWire Pro and I used to pay by credit card. I have filled in the fields and sent is, but then it said that there were some information that were not valid so I should go back and try again. I followed the instructions and did it 5 times anfter one another but every time I recieved the same note. meanwhile i have recieved an sms from my bank, that the price of LimeWire Pro has been withdrawn from my acount 5 times.

I also checked my e-mails in case at least I got the downloading access to the upgraded LimeWire but still no letters arrived.

What can I do in order to fix this problem?
