limewire pro version
I bought the pro vrsion of limewire, my email has not been recognised.I am unable to contact limewire about the problem. Any advice

1. Check the version you have: Shows About LW Pro (click on link), as it should say pro on that window.
2. Membership? - **WARNING** - Download p2p Clients ONLY Thru Official Sites (click on link) 3. password not being accepted (click on link)

I bought the software through the registered site. I received an invoice stating the ammount. Yet when I try and log in to get help my email addresss is not recognised

I forgot to say i have tried to do what you said all with out any luck. How do i contact limewire directly if i can't contact them as it does not recognise my email address. I have tried their web site without any luck. Thank you for your advice so far.
