I paid for Pro and downloaded it. It had the same name as the free version I downloaded so I replaced it. So now what? Do I have to uninstall free version and reinstalled paid version? Usually, you just register a free version of a trial and it becomes the paid version.

You can check what version you have, in limewire on the tool bar go to Help>About Limewire. It will say if you have pro or not. They both look about the same but the pro is a little different color. Also in the upper right corner of Limewire it should say "LimeWire Pro". If it doesn't then you don't have Pro. You should have recieved an e-mail with a link to your personal download page. If you need to redownload it, get it from there.

Just to highlight what 6_pac said. The LW Pro designate should be on the right of the window as in A below. You can also go to LW's menu bar, select Help -> About LW. See sample image below.
