Permanently flashing red and black is the message "Newer Version now available, Update?" There seems to be no way of telling it 'No'. Apart from updating, is there any way of turning this flashing message off?

Update! lol
Actually I've noticed this notice may disappear after a time. But it's for a good reason. Older versions tend to be counter-productive & possibly negative to the operation of the gnutella network. But any version from about 4.8 above at present is ok. Later this may change as the gnutella develops.

Thank you for reply. I use Version 4.9.37 Pro; it works fine for me - never seem to get any problems with it.
