![]() I purchased LW PR0 two months ago. After attempting to solve my problem with emails to tech support which always gave me the same response, I took time to read the posts here. It was JAVA that needed to be removed and then downloaded in the offline version as was suggested in one of the posts! It worked like a charm. THANKS for taking the time and interest (something LimeWire DOES NOT seem to do) to inform others of your solution advice! |

![]() Your personal pro page is the page you downlded Pro from. When you purchase pro, you receive an email from customer support with a link to your personal downld page. If you don't still have it, go to the LW support page, http://www.limewire.com/english/content/support.shtml & click on the I need Pro support link, then click on the "If you lost your LimeWire PRO installer or need an update, click here" link. Bookmark the following page after you enter your details. Control-D in most browsers will bookmark the page (or command-D for apple users.) |
