Unable To Reinstall Limewire Pro

Been using Limewire Pro 4.9.37 but it recently required re-installing. This has been done successfully from a back-up but it has re-installed only the basic version. The Limewire site seems quite willing to let me download a "re-installer" for the same version but it will not accept my valid email address I used at registration as being valid. I still have the full reference number and Activation ID from buying the pro version but cannot find a way to communicate this to any member of the Limewire team responsible for the re-install. Help please.

btw--any chance your Pro has expired? The pro page times out after 6 months.

Also, LW doesn't provide older installers: just updates.
