Paid for Upgrade twice
I attemted to upgrade to 4.10 using credit card. My card has been billed twice however i received and error notice saying invalid zip/cvv2 . There's no link for me to upgrade, no confirmation in my email. But there has been $37.76 billed to my credit card. There's a no refund policy. WHAT NOW !!! THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME.

I also purchase a life time membership for $40. last fall and it was from "Limewire.Com". Since then my computer crashed and I have been unable to get Limewire to recogize my email address to have it back up and running. I can't find any method of contacting or verifying my purchase.
Help!
