Paid for lifetime Pro. Now LW does not recognize my E-Mail

How can I prove that I bought the lifetime LW Pro upgrade, other than my E-mail address, as it will not recognize it?

Yeah, I'm afraid you've been scammed...You can try to contact the scam site and try to get your money back or something but yeah, as far as I know, there is no lifetime subscribtion for LimeWire Pro. It's only a 6 month subscribtion... Always buy products from their official site.

I just paid for Liftime and LimeWirePro from MP3HQ and got the
answer bellow. After Installing I noticed that it was not the PRO
which was installed and I'm unable to access the PRO support with
my e-mail.
