Fatal Error Help

I got a fatal error message on startup so i uninstalled and reinstalled version 4.10.9 and i keep getting the error message on startup. does anybody have a definite solution for this problem thanks alot for your time and help

There's a sticky about this up the top of the page. Did you try changing compatibility?
