I paid over 30.00 less than a year ago for a life time membership.I just bought a new computer and wish to re install the program to my new computer.How do I go about doing this?

Contact your bank. You could try the site & complaining to them, but after such a time, you might not get far. There's lots of tips in the above links including this one get your $$$ BACK!!! (music members)

Most banks & credit card companies have fraud departments. Contact those dept's directly to explain you were scammed & didn't get what you paid for.

Yes I've heard of them. I'd try all avenues. The bank, the site link you gave earlier, the card co., etc. Try them all.

Yes,I replied to that email and told them I demand a full refund.That it's fraud and I would be reporting them.I did just email my bank to let them know of it.
