LW not compatible with Media Center 5?

I installed LW basic version on my Media Center PC but everytime that I tried to open I get a fatal error message. The Java runtime installed in my machine is v 5.0 update 5. I have my Norton Protection disable. Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
